In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appt, we require a 48hr notice. A standard fee will be charged based on the amount of time that has been reserved for you. No shows are included in this policy. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for a reserved time, we may not be able to accommodate and the cancellation fee will be applied.
